White tea is for the pure at heart, for those who appreciate the delicate the leaves are soft and gentle, its leaves are picked only when the buds are young & haven’t fully opened in spring, giving the tea a sweet, silky flavour.

Silver Needles 6
An extremely fragrant white tea. The tender leaves must be plucked within 48 hours of sprouting and then dried. Extremely low in caffeine and rich in antioxidants. The leaves are picked only 2 to 3 days each year and is processed entirely by hand. When infused they produce a clean airy fragrance. This brew is unique with a mildly sweet and refreshing taste of citrus.

Jasmine Pearl 6
The most popular of all Jasmine teas, rich in antioxidants and low in
caffeine. This tea is processed by hand, rolling each leaf and bud into
tiny pearl sized balls and dried by the fire.

One of Shanghai’s most popular tea with a fresh aroma and cleansing finish, having a unique nutty taste. Said to aid digestion by inactivating bacteria that produce toxins. This tea produces a pleasant jade green coloured liquor and wonderful orchid-like aroma.

Bi Luo Chun 6
A beautiful, clean flavoured tea that’s easy on the palate. Top of the range green tea, It takes around 70000 hand selected new buds to make 500g of tea

Jasmine Green 4.5 
Delicate green tea teamed with sweet smelling jasmine, no wonder it’s a firm favourite of the Chinese. Extremely refreshing and a great thirst quencher.

Gen Mai Cha 4.5 
The ‘peoples tea’, roasted brown rice and green tea combine to produce a delicious, slightly sweet toasty flavour. This is a very comforting tea.

Bakes Apple Sencha 4.5 
A real green ‘wonder’ tea, said to help in the prevention of heart disease and strengthen the immune system. A distinctive baked apple aroma.

The health benefits of oolong tea are doubled because of the combined qualities of black tea and green tea. Oolong teas can be smoky, aromatic & full of woody aromas. Best served in Zi Sha ware.

Iron Buddha 5
One of the most famous of all top grade Chinese Oolong teas. This tea has a delightfully fresh fruity flavour & is made from a unique strain of the Camellia Sinensis plant, with thick soft leaves. The key to brewing this tea well is to keep everything really hot. It is best served from the Yi Xing Zi Sha ware which absorbs the flavour of the tea leaves.

Da Hung Pao – Premium 5.5 
World’s finest Oolong tea. A semi-fermented tea known as the king of teas. In ancient China, the wealthy would rush to buy this tea because of its earthy, thick & roasted aromas.

Known to some cultures as red tea, it is strong, bold & bursting with flavour. This tea is warming in nature & suits those who often feel cold known as Yang deficiency in Chinese health concept.

Chai 4.5 
Like an exotic spice market, this Indian classic ignites the senses. Chai origins can be traced back 5,000 years to when spices were used for their medicinal properties, from dealing with the common cold to enhancing the immune system.

Earl Grey 4.5

Like a fine wine, this tea improves with age. A famous tea highly prized for its medicinal properties, it is said to aid in digestion and lower cholesterol leading to weight loss. Our teas are aged, mellow tasting with an earthy aroma reminiscent of truffles.
