HOW TO BREW
Add 360ml of boiling water to 1-2 teaspoons of tea and brew for 3-5 minutes. Serve as is. Refill with boiling water up to 3 times. *The key to brewing this tea well is to keep everything really hot. It is best served from the Yi Xing Zi Sha ware which absorbs the flavour of the tea leaves. Store in a cool dry place.
