These hand rolled pearls combine a sophisticated flavour with a hint of jasmine. This tea is processed by hand, rolling each leaf and bud into tiny pearl sized balls. Once this is done the pearls are wrapped in silk mesh to dry by the fire

HOW TO BREW
Add 360ml of boiling water to 1-2 teaspoons of tea and brew for 3-5 minutes. Serve as is. Refill with boiling water up to 3 times. Store in a cool dry place.
