Iron is required for red blood cell formation. Fluoride is a component of bones and teeth and is essential for prevention of dental caries. Potassium is an important component to help regulate heart rate and blood pressure.
HOW TO BREW
Add 360ml of boiling water to 1-2 teaspoons of tea and brew for 3-5 minutes. Serve as is. Refill with boiling water up to 3 times. The delicious ingredients can then be eaten. Try iced with fresh peach garnish. Store in a cool dry place.
