An extremely fragrant white tea. The tender leaves must be plucked within 48 hours of sprouting and then dried, allowing for minimal processing . Extremely low in caffeine and rich in antioxidants. The leaves are picked only 2 days each year is early spring and processed entirely by hand.
When infused they produce a clear straw coloured liquor with a clean airy fragrance. This brew is unique, with a mildly sweet, refreshing and delicate with traces of citrus

HOW TO BREW
Add 360ml of boiling water to 1-2 teaspoons of tea and brew for 3-5 minutes. Serve as is. Refill with boiling water up to 3 times. Store in a cool dry place.
