And Did You Know that Elderberry juice has such great medicinal properties that it was used to treat the Panama flu in 1995, which in turn, was said to greatly reduce the length of illness.

HOW TO BREW
Add 360ml of boiling water to 1-2 teaspoons of tea and brew for 3-5 minutes. Serve as is. Refill with boiling water up to 3 times. The delicious ingredients can then be eaten. Try iced with fresh strawberry garnish. Store in a cool dry place.
