A famous tea highly prized for its medicinal properties, it is said to aid indigestion and lower cholesterol leading to weight loss. Like fine wines Pu Erh will get better with age., our teas are aged, mellow tasting with an earthy aroma reminiscent of truffles. It is best served from the Yi Xing Zi Sha ware.. *Some like to add a couple of chrysanthemum flowers to smooth out the flavour and add natural sweetness.
