We have launched our premium range of handmade restaurant-quality dumplings at select Coles Local stores nationally from 30 August 2021.
Harnessing over 20 years of experience making some of Melbourne’s finest handmade dumplings, Oriental Teahouse and David’s Prahran founder, David Zhou, is excited to finally share their restaurant-quality dumpling range with homes across Australia

The premium range will feature ten signature dumplings that are ready to store in the freezer to enjoy for a delicious meal during the week, or ideal for entertaining with a bundle of varieties.
Each pack is $25 and contains ten dumplings per pack
Expertly handmade and preferencing the best of Australian seasonal ingredients, each pack contains no added preservatives or MSG and the range includes gluten-free and plant-based options.

Oriental Teahouse Dumplings Cooking Instructions
Instructions are listed on the side of the packaging for each dumpling!
1: Bring water to boil in a pot.
2: Place dumpling paper or a leaf of lettuce inside steamer to prevent sticking.
3: Put dumplings into steamer and space them out so they do not touch.
4: Place steamer with lid on, on top of pot.
5: Steam for 8 minutes. You will know they are cooked when the dumplings are slightly plumper
6: Serve with sauce of your choice.
Tip: If serving onto a plate, use a wet tong (to avoid sticking) and gently pick out dumplings and serve on plate.
1: Lightly oil non-stick pan; medium heat
2: Place frozen dumplings in pan
3: Add cold water, submerging 1/3 of dumplings
4: Add 2 tbsp oil
5: Cover pan with lid
6: Adjust to high heat; cook until water evaporates, about 8 mins
7: Adjust to medium heat
8: *opt: Garnish in pan with spring onions.
9: Cook another 2 mins or until golden-brown on underside.
10: Serve with sauce of your choice.
