Come, join us on this remarkable 20-year celebration of the finest Yum Cha Melbourne has ever known. Let's raise our tea cups and toast to many more years of culinary delights together.

 
 

We're reintroducing throw-back dumplings that have been missed from our menu for years. Including Kimchi Pork Dumplings, Lamb Cumin Dumplings, Treasure Dumplings, and our indulgent Cheese & Bacon Spring Rolls. As a special treat for this occasion, we have exclusively crafted dishes for you to try. Dishes will be available throughout the week until they sell out!

We wanted to create the perfect opportunity to get your eccentric family & friends gathered around a table (or warzone) of food. There will be more dishes than you can count, each person contributing choices from trolleys coming around. The typical Yum cha environment is pretty much chaos - tea is spilling, sauces dripping. Most of all it involves everyone having a good time and leaving with tummies full.

TASTE OF TEA

We started in 2003 as a teashop. Since moving from Shanghai to Melbourne, our founder David Zhou has dedicated much of his life to understanding the holistic healing properties of different teas.

“Tea tastes gentle. In order to taste it and enjoy the experience, you cannot be aggressive - you need to relax. It is enjoyable and calming in nature, the benefits are subtle but long-lasting”, David Zhou. 

This Signature range was blended by David 28 years ago creating different blends that are as beneficial on the body as they are on tastebuds, as well as educating those around him of the philosophy of tea and its untapped benefits.
