 Terms & Conditions

  • A set-up fee applies. This is on top of the agreed food pricing per person which includes staffing for this event, travel costs, and equipment costs. Depending on the nature of the job.

  • A serving table of at least 2 meters square is needed. Please note our biggest baskets are 52cm approx. in diameter and we will be needing space to put down 6-8 baskets depending on the number of people served at the event.

  • A suitable area to set up our small kitchen with our commercial equipment. A 2x2 meter area is needed. Usually, we prefer to set up in a garage or veranda area so that we are out of the way and have ventilation.

  • The duration of the event is 2.5 hours. Any extra time must be confirmed prior to the event and will incur an extra charge.

  • Once confirmed a deposit of 25% of the agreed price is due within 7 days of invoicing. Full payment is due 7 days before the event date. A full refund of the deposit can be given upon cancellation up to 7 days before the actual event.
