Teahouse Notes are valid for redemption from 1 July 2026 to 31 August 2026 only.

Teahouse Tax Notes are earned during the EOFY campaign period only: 16th June - 30th June 2026. 

For every $50 spent dining at Oriental Teahouse Melbourne CBD or South Yarra, customers receive one $50 Teahouse Note.

Teahouse Notes are calculated based on the total eligible spend and rounded down to the nearest $50 increment. Eg:

• Spend $80 > receive 1 x $50 Teahouse Note

• Spend $100 > receive 2 x $50 Teahouse Notes

• Each $50 Teahouse Note can be redeemed on a future visit with a minimum spend of $250.

One Teahouse Note may be used in one transaction.

Bills or invoices can not be split for the purpose of redeeming additional Teahouse Notes.

• Eg: a $500 bill cannot be divided into two $250 transactions to use two $50 Teahouse Notes

Teahouse Notes are valid for dine-in, catering dumpling boxes and functions.

Teahouse Notes cannot be redeemed on the same transaction in which they are earned.

Teahouse Notes are issued after the original order, booking or event has been completed and paid in full.

Teahouse Notes are not redeemable for cash, gift cards, uber eats orders, delivery fees, any deposit payments, surcharges or gratuity.

If a refund is issued on the original purchase, any related Teahouse Notes become void. 

Teahouse Notes cannot be used with any other offer, promotion, discount, voucher, gift card offer, cashback offer or special event package unless otherwise stated.

Lost, stolen, expired or already redeemed Teahouse Notes cannot be replaced.

Oriental Teahouse reserves the right to amend, pause or cancel the offer if misuse is suspected.
